1. What is the minimum and maximum period to rent an apartment in Buenos Aires?
Most of the Buenos Aires apartments published in Welcome2BA may be reserved for one week minimum stays. However, depending on the case, there are some apartments that have a longer or minimum stay. The maximum stay will be for 6 months, under the current legislation, having the possibility to renew the rent for another 6 months.

2. What are the payment methods accepted to confirm the booking?
The 20% of the total that should be paid in advance to confirm the booking can be done through our credit card system, easy, quick and safe. Also it can be paid with PayPal, Western Union or Bank deposit (Valid only from Argentina)

3. What are the payment methods accepted for the rent?
The payment of the rent should be paid at the check in, ONLY in CASH in US Dollar and /or its equivalent in Euro o Pesos Argentines to the exchange rate of the day in which the booking becomes effective.

4. Are there extra charges for utilities?
All the services and fees are included.

5. Do i have to leave any security deposit?
You have to pay a security deposit:

a) Less than 1 month: The equivalent to a week of rental
b) A month or longer: The equivalent to a 2 weeks rental

6. Does the apartment have sheets and towels?
Every apartment we offer has sheets, linens and towels included. Some apartments also have weekly change of sheets and towels for stays that are more than a week long.

7. What time can i check in in the apartment?
We receive passengers the 365 days of the year (Mon – Friday from 9 am to 9 pm, including weekends) A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment at the time that you and the agency have arranged 48hs before the check in day. However 15 USD will be changed as Late Check in Fee for check in that are before or after the working hours (Mon – Friday from 9 am to 9 pm, and weekends). For security reasons the check in that are between: 9 Pm and 9 Am (late check-in) should hire the pickup service provided by Welcome2BA.

8. What happens if I break something?
You will be charged for that item, the value that appears on the inventory you signed when you checked in.

9. Can i make the payment of the full amount with Credit Card?
At the moment Welcome2BA accepts only the payment of the 20% of the total, being that amount the advance payment of the booking. The rest should be paid in cash at the check in.

10. What happens if my flight is delayed?
When you confirm the booking, our system will ask you for your arrival flight number. This information is very important because it allows us to check through the internet with the airport if your flight is delayed. If there is a delay, we will be informed and we will be able to calculate a new appointment time at the apartment to welcome you. We recommend that you keep the W2BA emergency telephone number, which is in your Booking Confirmation.

11. How long will the representative of Welcome2BA wait for us at the apartment?
Our representative will be waiting for you 1 additional hour to the time stated via your e-mail. After 1 hour, you must contact our commercial telephone number.

12. How should i proceed to book an apartment?
After you have selected the unit you would like to book, have checked the total amount to pay in our Rent Calculator, you can start the booking, by clicking on the “BOOK NOW” button. After that you have to fill in the form with all your information, and make the payment of the 20% with Credit card, PayPal, Western Union, or Bank Deposit (valid from Argentina only). We will receive then the booking request. This booking is subjected to the owner´s acceptance. We will contact the owner or administration of the unit and you will receive an email with the full address of the booked unit and the check in time for you to be able to collect the keys.
